3. User Accounts

Family Accounts

Parents or guardians can create profiles for family members. Parents are responsible for:

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide (photos, measurements, preferences). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

Permitted Use

You may use our content solely for your personal fitness and nutrition purposes. Commercial use, redistribution, or modification without permission is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services & Integrations

ShakaPT integrates with third-party services to enhance your experience. By using these features, you agree to the respective third-party terms and conditions.

Instacart Integration

Our Instacart integration allows you to shop for ingredients directly from your meal plans. When you use this feature:

You are redirected to Instacart's platform for checkout
Your use of Instacart is governed by their Terms of Service
We may share meal plan data to facilitate your shopping
Instacart handles all payment processing and delivery
We may receive affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases

Important: By using the Instacart integration, you acknowledge that your use is subject to the Instacart Terms of Service and the Instacart Developer Platform Terms.

Other Third-Party Services
