What Are Affiliate Links?

How It Works:
- You click on a product link or shopping button in ShakaPT
- You're redirected to the partner's website (like Instacart)
- You complete your purchase directly with the partner
- The partner pays us a small commission for the referral
- This commission helps us maintain and improve ShakaPT

We partner with Instacart to help you shop for ingredients from your meal plans. When you use our "Shop with Instacart" feature and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission.

Amazon (Future)
We may add Amazon affiliate links for fitness equipment, supplements, and pantry items in the future. These will be clearly marked.

- Which foods or ingredients we recommend
- The nutritional advice you receive

- The stores or brands suggested in meal plans
